Void Magic?

I was just wondering, seeing as I just got the Void Mace, if the Void magic hood is useful for anything.

 

I've heard it's useful for Avansie maging, but I have no plans for that.

 

I mean, the two places I've used PvM maging is Barrows and Rex, but they both have such pathetic magic defence I don't think the 30% accuracy matters, especially since it can be replaced with the Dagon'hai top an bottom, barrows gloves, and Seer's Helm...

I have Void Mage Hat, I've never used it.

It's useful somewhere, just get it. Then you won't have to think about it, when it becomes extremely useful in a future update.

If you mage aviansies it's better, since Ahrim has no range defense.

gorg says its about as good as ahrims for bursting with (I will test it some day).

I've heard it being used at TD's (trio in void using all 3 combat styles to kill them).

Rushers in PvP use it. They simply switch to melee/range helm afterwards for their next attack.

It looks hawt :razz: , I never use it but I rarely use mage for combat and if you already have setups for whatever you mage there's really no point to it.
