December 12, 200916 yr CoG because you can use the void mace. Using the regular Zamorak Staff makes it pointless when you can use the Void Mace to cast it instead. Seeing as you get a 10% damage increase with the mace while you don't with the other staves. Most places you cast it though, you really don't need to worry about the def/magic levels as they already have low magic def. Places such as DKs, Avisanies, and Barrows all have such low magic def that it doesn't really matter.
