ilovecuttingyews
Well since you say you are cutitng at Catherby I assume you are a member. Fastest exp would likely be ivy with a D axe. Appearantly that is in the range of 60+k exp per hour. If you are looking for profit, I think teaks are good exp with profit, or is it mahogany....hmmm.... Sinkhan
If you want XP, ivy is good for a low-level attention leveling. The sawmill is slightly faster, but requires a bit more attention. The best way to make money with WC is most likely eucalyptus logs. Something to fill my sig with until I find a replacement. Also check out my blug

Where is the best location to chop eucalyptus logs? and is it quicker xp than yews? The best, and only place to cut them, is near the ogress city of Oo'glog and Mobilizing Armies. You can cut there and then bank. Eucs come in at about the same speed of Yews yet they fecth more exp. And the profit there isn't all that bad. Roundabouts 300 logs/hr, which is 50k xp/hr and I don't know how much money but you can figure that out easily. If you prefer fast xp, the sawmill (with a crystal saw) is a better option, so before you rush to ivy for fast experience I suggest you give the sawmill a shot; if you really don't like it there, then go ahead and switch to ivy. KISS
Um, is it me or have none of you mentioned IVY. Ivy is the best XP for woodcutting at higher levels 90+ with 100k xp/h, its still recommended to start at 68 though. Defining Rune Pure

Sirus
It's you KISS. If you do go Ivy, grab a Strung Rabbit's foot for profit. It increases the amount of nests you get, and since you wont be getting logs from Ivy anyways... ~Sirus Finally bought my whip. =D
