I check the book for traps before thumbing through it. I then go back into town and start practicing archery again.

Jen-

She steps into the pentacle, her golem walking into the other one. She attempts to deconstruct it into a smaller and smarter golem. Also, I kill the dog and freeze it, putting it in my ice box.

Unsurprisingly the seismic waves do not materialize.

The deer charges again and bucks you into the air. You are slightly wounded.

Grim doubles back to the chest and while checking for traps (again) he looks for a false bottom. Also will the store buy the book?

As you shrink the golem the life crystal explodes.

Outraged, Kratos fires a bolt of lightning at the deer. Then, Kratos charges at the deer with his hammer at the ready and attempts to strike the deer in order to kill it.

Kemios continues practicing sound magic.

Grim finds a false bottom in the chest. He sees a trap, but is not sure he can disarm it.

The store will probably buy the book, though other players will probably buy the book as well.

Jen attempts to create an ice elemental to guard her cave. It is normally temporary, but she's attempting to make it permanent (since it's attached to the cage). She also attempts to create another permanent ice elemental that can travel outside her cave. Both of them are created using pentacles and staves.

Krakos fails to summon any lightening.

The deer charges and hits Krakos again, lightly injuring him.

Kratos slams the deer in the side of the head with his hammer.

Kemios doesn't learn anything while practicing.

Grim steps far back and tries to disarm the trap with force magic. While doing so he prepares to run like hell the other way.

Jen fails to create a permentant elemental, the task seems impossible without some kind of crystal or stone to act as an energy store.
