Laura
I just got this laptop 10 days ago ;-;Happened to me with my Dell after a couple of days of use (if we are talking about the same thing). Updated the drivers, reinstalled the OS, and everything else imaginable to no end or solution. But I'm not here to discourage you, as you should update the drivers for your graphics card to see if that solves anything.

Sbrideau
What is your operating system? (Or in other words, What Windows version? (I assume you use Windows)).
Perry
I would suggest running a scan with Device Doctor, it is free of cost and bundled crapware unlike most "driver scanner" utilities out there. It has also saved me so much time and effort when I need a driver.

The Runar
windows 7 You said it's a laptop? Go to the manufacturer's website and look for a downloads section. You should be able to found the required driver there. Download it and install it like any other program. If there's something special you need to do (restart for example is almost always required with drivers), the installer usually tells you about that. If you still have problems, just ask. :^_^: The Runar's (OSRS) DIY blog - most viewed Blogscape blog ever! Contract? /人◕ ‿‿ ◕人\
