Thanks! Besides the fact that barrows is cheaper and would require many, many hours of combat to match the cost of dragon, you can't wield it anyway. At 61 defense, Dragon is your best bet, though I don't think you should spend your money on it. Other than that, you can wear Bandos and 3rd Age at 65 defense. To put it bluntly, [bleep] off.

January 11, 201016 yr Just wanted to add that third age armour is something very rare and purely for cosmetics. Its stat benefits are marginal. Just check the GE prices. Retired 2146 overall - 136 combat - 6 skillcapes Plus I think the whole teenage girl thing will end soon (hopefully), because my girlfriend is absolutely in love with him(she is 18), and im beginning to feel threatened by his [Justin Bieber] dashing looks.

January 12, 201016 yr 3rd Age > Bandos > Barrows > Dragon in terms of price and how most think of them to be effective. Bandos = Barrows > Dragon = 3rd Age in terms of actual usages. Now don't disregard Barrows just because of the fact it degrades. It takes 13/15 hours of actual combat for it to degrade and make it unusable. Bandos looks nice and have strength and prayer, but Barrows has some real nice defense stats and is some what cheap compared to Bandos. But Bandos would be the best for nondegradeable. January 12, 201016 yr I dont know how on earth you think bandos is better? It's minimal strength bonus, too little to make a difference worth commenting is destroyed by it's having 25% less defence than barrows. With the exception of crush (rare) and ranged bandos is also a fair bit weaker than dragon.
