Are you using red or grey chins?

THe difference is mainly the cost. Grey's are half the cost of reds, and give 3/4 expierence compared to red exp. So in moneyquestions: go with the greys.

Don't know about the cost, it's mainly wich monster you choose. As said, you can even EARN money, in stead of losing it

Numbers

At lvl 99, one can get up to 280 xp/red chin, and 360K xp/hr.

At lvl n for all n > 70, one can get up to 280(n/99)^1.1 xp/red chin, and 360K(n/99)^1.1 xp/hr.

For grey chinchompas, multiply the above numbers by three quarters.

The usage of combat familiars can add up to about 20K xp/hr.

280(85/99)^1.1=237

237*0.75=178

Reds: 653gp

Greys: 387gp

653/237=2.76gp/exp

387/178=2.17gp/exp

Exp from 85 to 99 x 2.76 for reds or 2.17 for greys = the cost in chins.

Maxed range bonus = 10 prayer (using fury over range necklace is better)

With protect and eagle eye that's 1 prayer point every 2 seconds.

1800 per hour

24 per dose at 70 (25 with wrench)

1800/24=75 (72)

75/4=18 full p pots and 3 doses per hour (18)

1250 chins per hour + 18 prayer pots @304k exp/hour reds or 228k exp/hour greys

Total cost varies depending on you changing gear, using familiar and so on.

im chinning right now using void, eagle eye, and range pots. I get about 250k xp per 1k chins but im 97 range. youll probably get about 200k xp per 1k chins averaged out from 85 to 99. youll need about 45 to 50k chins depending upon how efficient you are with using them. So depending upon the price of the chin at the time you buy will affect the price of chinning. right now im getting chins for min in ge so i think right now it would be pretty cheap to do. And you also have to consider prayer pots and range pots aswell
