A few questions

 

-Can you make a house teleport portal for EVERY teleportation spell there is? (Lunar, Ancients etc too?)

-How should I get 70-80 fletching, a combination of cheap and fast is preferred.

You can make a portal for all regular teleports (except Trollheim and Ape Atoll), as well as Kharyrll (Canifis). No others.

 

Fletching, probably yew longbows.

You can only create portals for teleport to Varrock, Lumbridge, Falador, Camelot, Ardougne, Yanille, and Kharyrll.

Maple longs (u) are considered junk and generally dont sell on the ge. But you can use them to bend the trade limits to lend out items thus "selling" them.

I did yew longs for 70-80 fletching. It's not the fastest method, but it's by no means slow. Buy yew logs, make yew long (u) and buy bow strings and string to make yew longs. You even make a (very) small profit. Doing it in batches of 500 logs and bowstrings bought at once, I made about 15k each time I sold my yew longs after subtracting the price for the materials to make them. If I remember correctly, I could do 1000+ longs an hour, and I wasn't concentrating very hard.
