January 31, 201016 yr Just remember that the combat skills might need a minimum of only mid 60's to 70's, but that doesn't mean that you can beat the quest (See: Nomad, especially the almost necessary 67 summoning for a War Tort).It is possible to kill nomad without a war tort, and a lower combat level. I was able to do it with my stats, it just takes a bit more work without the tort and high levels. Like they said though, you can boost some stats for quests - so any list you find might not have that included in it.
