Well, after our joke of a PvP war yesterday (other clan shows up with range/blasters and then run to singles L?), we were hoping today would be alot different, so we were really eager for this war. Another reason why we were excited about this war is, because in the past which was quite a while ago, we've lost twice against Interqueo and wanted to set that record straight.

 

The Rules

 

Rules were pretty much standard, Melee/binds/Rings on, only thing that we had no experience off and it was a first off, was the "no sniper cap" rule. Were used to having 2 sniper caps or something to avoid any claims of mass sniping or anything like that, but Interqeuo didn't want it so we just let it go.

 

So anyways, last week we pulled 27 against Legendz (was a no post war) and usually when we pull decent one weekend, the trend doesn't seem the follow the second. However, I was wrong and this week we seemed to match the same pull once again -

The war was pretty short and straightforward. They had a good snipe team on us which our anti-snipers however dealt with really well. Our main snipers which I believe was 3-4 at a time did really well on wrecking their main pile up, I guess with the number advantage we had alot of options and advantages. I believe Blasphemy had 1 dc on our side and someone also got Ko'd (yeah bad I know), but in return we did get 5 KO's on them which was pretty good.

I'm going to be honest here, today Blasphemy wasn't organized as we should've been, we weren't "upto standards" as we like to describe. Things just didn't feel right today, it didn't help that not everyone could get on vent (slot limit, but its being upgraded now), but overall we know deep down we could've and should've done alot better. Maybe we took things for granted and underestimated Interqueo, weren't prepped for sniper rule, who knos, but I want to say that today we just weren't on it like we normally are. In the past 3 months, 90% of our wins have come from either being outleveld or outnumbered, each and everytime we'd outclass and outskill our opponents. However, even though at times we showed brilliance, it just wasn't consistently up there like it normally is, and well, imo Intequoe deserve credit as far as "performance" goes, because knowing Blasphemy's capabilities and standards, Interqueo in my opinion atleast, performed really well.

 

So even though a wins a win, I still want to rematch intequeo sometime, hopefully make it a matched opts this time (honestly thought you'd guys pull 25+) and win where our warring is upto standards like it usually is. I guess all clans have their off days, and today it was that, but still proud that we won in the end. And not take away some of the performances individual members gave, I personally was kinda annoyed that Interqueo gave up piling me half way through.

 

Anyways, thanks for the fight, and look out for the rematch call sometime soon when we have time (currently booked for the next few days/weeks). Revenge was sweet today though :rolleyes:
