What's the reward?

I just selected the option from Kuradal to "bump" his task of 98 TzHaar to 280 of them and he mentioned a reward for beating Jad before that task "timer" runs out at 280 kills. I was wondering if it was worth it.

 

Having never gotten a fire cape, I was wondering if it would be worth the time to get outfitted and go do it.

 

Also, if anyone has an opinion on the best guide available to take Jad on, I'd be interested.

Check out Muggi's guide in the AOW for a great helpful guide *note* I'd use Rune c'bow and broad bolts (and diamond (e) bolts for jad) vs. the crystal bow

Muggiwhplar's guide for the entire fight caves and sirhemen's prayer switching guide for jad are both very helpful if you want to get the fire cape. They can be found here and here.

 

For bolts, I'd say broads are fine.

12k exp from doing the caves for a grand total of 37k exp. If you can do the caves in an hour it is one of the better exp/hr rates for slayer.

I got through however many levels I needed to do for the Karamja gloves 3 and that's it. That's as far as I've gone.
