FFA Corporeal Beast

Featured Replies

As I creep up on 95 prayer, I'm considering trying FFA corp. I'm thinking of equipment similar to:

Helm: Fighter/Void

Cape: Ardy 3

Amulet: Fury

Weapon: ZSpear

Body: Bandos/Void

Legs: Bandos/Void

Gloves: Barrows/Void

Boots: Dragon

Ring: Berserker

Which is better? Bandos or Void? Do I need to get 300 MA ranks?

For inventory.. I need a bit of help here. I'll be using overloads I think. I believe I also need to bring a unicorn. So maybe:

2 Overloads

5 Prayer potions

2 super restores

100 Healing Aura

3 Unicorn pouches

2 Rocktails

Teletab

Games Necklace

Y Saradomin Brews

Any information is helpful. Last time I corped I had neither 96 herblore nor 95 prayer.

I'm not experienced at corp either, but I believe you should take extreme att/str instead of overload, because you want every HP point you can get down there.

no unicorn, as the beast eats your familiars and regain hp.

no unicorn, as the beast eats your familiars and regain hp.

Thats only if its a small team if its a FFA with a bunch of ppl the Corp dies fairly quickly and the summons are fine.

It's FFA. So no.

I have never been to FFA corp but I'll tell you the things I learned from regular corp.

- Pony gets eaten a lot. I wouldn't bother with it.

- You won't last 2 overdose pots.

- I don't know if you take a lot of damage in Bandos but in Void you do. More damage-> More eating-> Less damage dealt

The MA ranks aren't worth it for 1 extra to your max damage.

Plus I think the whole teenage girl thing will end soon (hopefully), because my girlfriend is absolutely in love with him(she is 18), and im beginning to feel threatened by his [Justin Bieber] dashing looks.

EDIT: I always seem to double post.

I prefer bringing sharks or rocktails instead of brews, because overload doesn't restore your stats instantly. You'll want to stay at 125/99 for the whole fight.

No one gave you the correct answers here.

Your gear is fine. Take 2-3 unicorn pouches with 50 scrolls. In a large FFA, they'll barely ever get eaten. Also, take over 6 prayer pots/super restores, 3-4 brews, and 3 pure ext sets your first few runs. When you get good, take 4 overloads instead of the ext sets. Rest of your inven should be Rocktails/Sharks/Pizzas DON'T drink an overload in the middle of a kill. I've seen a lot of people get wtfpwned because of it. In order to heal after overload hits 50 on you, use EE special and use soul split on corp. If corp gets on you, quickly change back to mage reflect and use unicorn scrolls. Your main source of HP should be coming from soul split.

Void in generally better, but Bandos doesn't take 2 weeks to get back... ... ... *cries*

Anyway, you don't need zerker (i) to get kills. It really helps, since most people don't have it, but if you want to spend the 20+ hours getting it, it's definitely worth it.

Also, GL. You'll be getting around 4-5 drops/hour in a very large FFA. Normally, if the FFA is small, you'll get quite a few more, but that's basically the average in NO VESTA (a large corp FFA clan).
