Use the Chaos Tunnels, the entrance next to the zammy mage in level 9 wildy is 1 room away from them. Just take normal melee gear and a combat familiar. Banking is extremely quick if you use edgeville as its about 3 clicks from them.

You can set up the cannon in Waterfall dungeon, but only if you make sure you aren't getting hit.
