You hear some pattering, but see nothing.

 

Enigma:

You see something run by Earth, but don't have the chance to pop off a shot. Suddenly, you feel something biting your legs from behind.

 

Kimako:

You see another creature run by. Quickly you take a shot at it, making the thing squeal.

Varius:

You move forward, but clang rather loudly when you climb down the elevator. Suddenly, some gunfire rings above you, hitting you in the shoulder, you lose your grip and fall off the ladder, hitting the ground.

 

Stephen:

You run up to the elevator and see Varius climbing down. You open fire with your AK-47, hitting him in the shoulder. You watch as he falls down to the bottom of the shaft.

Kimako looks for what shot Varius, and shoots any strange animals at come past, including the thing that shot Varius. She uses her AK-47 on automatic with red scope, firing as many shots as she can at the thing that shot Varius.

Nevermind. I use my thermal scoped, silenced MP5 to shoot him, since he can't see in the darkness.

Varius, get in here where you can help and are away from crazed gunmen. We can deal with that later, or just shoot him in a minute if he doesn't run away. 3v1 please.

 

Of course, trusting Stephen now isn't an option.

meh, ross, he cant run away. look at pauls post a while back. he said you cant get out, thats why we be getting a ridiculus ammount of ammo drops from enemies. he aint going anywhere.

Don't you find "I walk forward. I shoot at an NPC who does not react to my movement. I loot their body. I get another assignment. I walk forward. I shoo-" a bit tedious?

Varius:

As you recover from the fall, you hear a loud creaking noise. You watch in horror as the ladder slowly starts falling, crashing to the ground. You firing at Stephen and hit him in the chest, causing moderate damage. Your gun clicks, and you realize that you are out of 9mm rounds.

Earth:

You hear more pattering and suddenly feel swarmed by strange mutated rats. They start clawing and biting at your legs, causing minor damage. You start slashing like a madman and manage to kill one of them.

 

Kimako:

You see a swarm of rats coming towards you. There seems to be around 10 of them. You fire at them, but only manage to kill 1.

Enigma:

You slash the creature with your combat knife, killing it. You hear more squeals and fell that several (3) creatures are clawing at you.

 

Stephen:

You lob a grenade down, but it gets caught up a bit before the end of the shaft. It explodes, and you feel the elevator shaft begin to rumble.

if the shaft is still open I shoot a few rounds down there at Varius

 

if it's not I sigh heavily and exit the factory and return to the CS base, asking for a new job

I jump out of the way of the ladder. I throw several knives at Stephen (if he's still there) and then continue down the tunnel, slashing anything I see (other than the other players) with my katanas.

Also, Dungeon, you don't seem to understand roleplaying entirely. Sure, PvP is occassionally fun, but more often than not it's better to just follow the story the GM has laid out for you.

It's interesting enough for me. But, then again, different preferences and all. Not really a D&D person though, eh Dungeon?
