About a lill bird (from Holland) who got shot/\/\/\

Featured Replies

If you really want to kill the bird, IMO I think you should resort to your fists and legs, not a gun. Guns are cheating.

now there is a logical reason for not shooting the bird. (really, i find it funny but it is a good reason)

Well it's not like the bird had any idea what was going on. It's their fault for leaving the door/window open. If you really want to kill the bird, IMO I think you should resort to your fists and legs, not a gun. Guns are cheating.

Poor little bird...

Of course it wasn't the right thing to do. Besides, birds are like protected in the Netherlands. Killing one is against the law. Rules and regulations are loud and clear about this, so they should've known about not shooting the little bird.

Besides, shooting a bird simply because he would have ruined the domino thing is disrespecting life, IMO. It's a stupid reason to kill a cute little bird.

I agree with jak722. It's amusing that a bird knocked down all the dominos, but there was no reason to kill the bird. That's when the laughter stops. It was a really stupid decision of the shooter to do that, without a doubt.

Having said that, these death threats are rather extreme too.

I hope a few dozen birds lose their bowels all over him. And a few more release their bowels over those threatening him.

Oh hell, I just hope everyone get shat on by birds.

it just amazes me that we live in a world where you can be threatened with death for killing a bird. i can see who actually needed a death threat in this.

first of all, walking around with an gun/pistol in the netherlands is not allowd even an fake gun is illegal. the man who shoot the bird is from an special company, the domino organisation called the company after they spotted the bird then the man came with the gun and shot the bird.

also there are protection measures at the place where the domino stone are. for example there are double doors. so if 1 of the doors is open the other is closed.

i think its good that the shot the bird, becuase it was impossible to catch the bird. if they would not have shot the bird he would have still been flying around and he would have knocked all the domino stones.

lol its really funny, they made some songs about it, they call the bird the dominobird lol.

A very strange story indeed.

I think the best bet would of been to keep trying to catch the bird or shoot it with a Tranculiser Dart first, than take the drastic measures later.
