March 28, 201016 yr I always melee them. I've never ranged them, so I don't know how much better it is, but melee isn't that terrible.
March 28, 201016 yr It's a fairly easy business, especially with the focus sight. Mind you, it's still slower than melee (although not by much with your levels) so you might need a bit more food than usual.

March 28, 201016 yr Leaf-bladed sword or Zammy spear are more effective on aquanites than a whip. This. Stab is supposedly more effective so aim for that. Seeing as you can only take a yip with you take some scrolls obviously. And you should know to have dhides/karils. March 28, 201016 yr It has been my experience that Aquanites are far easier and faster to do while praying than attempting to tank. Their special attack doesn't happen often enough to justify tanking in Karils, at least at my combat levels.
March 28, 201016 yr I tried fighting in Karils with a bunyip. They don't drop enough raw fish to keep up with the damage they do, so I switched to prayer. It's actually cheaper to use a few prayer pots and take the raw fish home with a beast of burden. I'm kuradal all the way, but I'm considering spending those 50 points for them as I'm not too sure.
