well it seems everyone else uses this forum for love advice I might aswell....my girlfriend of now about 6 weeks keeps spending more time with her best friend then me, and even cancelling things so she can hang with her best friend.. I see three options, say nothing, confront or dump...

Confront of course. It is weird that she cancels your dates to see her 'best friend'.

In all honestly, if she would rather spent time with her friend than you, let her.

Edit: This does not mean "you can no longer hang out with your mates" kind of thing. More of a "if you're canceling 'us' time then why are we even dating?" -> Basically just confront her :P

I can vouch for that. My bestest pal is a girl, who has a boyfriend. Initially, he was a bit paranoid of all the time and closeness we shared...and I guess for the, how you say, "sexual relations" we once shared, but now he's totally sound with it. He's a great guy and I'm made up for her :)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The difference is, I know my place as a best friend as to when and when not, how and how not to intrude and I respect the time they need to share. It seems like her best friend, to the original poster, regardless of their gender, does not and neither does your girlfriend.

dont even think about confronting OR dumping just yet. when you try to confront her, it puts her on the defensive and she'll feel as if you are trying to be overprotective of her. And dumping her for something like that is way to harsh. dont even go there.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

what i suggest you do is just talk to her gently about it. When she's out with her friend again, ask if you can meet him/her or if you can come. i dont see why she would say no if you are her boyfriend.

Approach her gently and ask her what's going on, she's more likely to be honest, then do whatever the heck you want given her response.

but all my friends are bias' they all think i use to treat her to nice... and stuff i needed a honest point of view..

I used to know a girl who liked me,but one time they were serving something gross,and i actualy Puked on my lunch,she didnt like me as much,also one time when i built a really big snowthing at recess,it fell on her and now she loathes me.have you ever done something like that?
