Saradomin: Turmoil or Extremes

I usually do Armadyl, don't do Saradomin very often, and the last time I went was when I didn't have turmoil or extremes.

 

So now I have both turmoil and extremes, and I was wondering whether it would be better to take extremes and always pot but only turmoil when you're crashing/getting crashed, or no extremes and always turmoil. Like I said the last time I went was when I didn't have either of them and I thought about if for a minute and I figured that if you took both you would run out of prayer potions unless you take a Yak, and I prefer to just take a Unicorn. For a decently long trip you would need ~5 sets of extremes I would guess, that's10 spaces, with ~8 spaces occupied for other things that only leaves at maximum ~6 spaces for prayer potions. I was doing some math on it, if I remember right those prayer potions won't even last through a whole unicorn, but I could be wrong because in a brilliant move I accidentally deleted it all, so here I am.

Both. I turmoil all the time (even when killing the luitenants) and easily last 5 unicorns. I always end up dropping prayer potions for loot. And I bring 5 pure sets.

Is that with high LSP getting all the prayer potion drops?

As long as there's no 20m lsp gap, you would get some good loot.

You don't even need high lsp honestly, its a team. Ask the guy who is getting all the drops to give you a prayer potion. As long as you're using your altar effectively, you can make 6 prayer potions last a loooong time, even using expensive boosting prayers, especially if you have a soulwars cape.

Use extremes and turmoil constantly, as has been said. I too have trouble with too many prayer potions in teams.

Definitely both imo. Using a soul wars cape, veracs and piety I could nearly survive solely off the altar. And since I recall from somewhere (not sure where so it may be invalid) that turmoil drains slightly slower than piety you should be good.

Turmoil does drain slower and at 95 Prayer your ppots recharge more per sip =D
