Its a slightly complicated system, but it keeps from expontial growth...or explosive decline. (Eg, you get bombed and lose 5%, and then you IAG takes 50 years to recover...) Take China's IAG then divide it by the number of cities that China originally had. Well Hex has agreed to allow the International Inspectors in, but the results will be sent to Mather, and then Mather can decide who to send the results to or whatever.International forces are kinda annoying like that. Insatiable appetites.I've seen that, there caricatures aren't they.One is of napoleon who's really tall and ones of the duke of wellington.
