Well I never actually added any of my American land to my IAG except for Texas (lol, dolt. Was too preoccupied with dividing it up nicely and drawing choo choo train borders), so I'd lose around 200b IAG or something.

But each of the America pieces were worth 200 billion, and since I had 3.6 trillion before, then the IAG floating around is around 2.4 trillion, the rest being in the pockets of the countries that got each of the 200 billion.

I really can't be stuffed to work this out right now.

Whoever is giving Retech IAG for NEXT decade, give it to him, otherwise he starts out with 0.

K well he gets 200b from my IAG, and around 500b from the other American land (not subtracting from mine because I never added them to mine).

Indeed, but that would make trading cities very difficult, so, when negotiating, the rule is dropped and life goes on normally.

If it had reached the end of the decade I would have had the complicated task of working out how IAG was redivided based on how many cities were taken from where.

Snubbe told him, and then said he'd invade hispaniola. Dusty called off his attack, but didn't tell snubbe to stop his invasion. So snubbe invaded, and then Dusty fought back.
