I think he would've tried to be a smartass and followed the letter to the tee, and destroyed the building while everyone was still inside it. Haha

I'm quite happy with 800 billion, but Dusty and Grim don't exactly want to give up IAG (not blaming them. They're really nice to be giving up the land, and I can't really demand anything more), so I am just trying to get a small IAG so my country doesn't instantly collapse.

According to the treaty, yes. Since Poseidon is my friend from school, I think that it would be nice of him to give me Spain's IAG, since my IAG is currently 0.

Arch...the land he has has IAG. I don't understand why we need to give him 800b of our IAG when he already has like 1.2t.
