Why the [bleep] would I risk myself in a war that you put yourself into? The fact is that you wasted most of your treasury attacking Retech, and Snubbe attacked you while you were "weak". Two war torn cities, which have been attacked twice since this game has been on, is worth more than the entirety of India. I'm sorry but that just doesn't work out, and if it is, then I want some of the area.

Should be more than that, it has some of the most populous cities in China in that area.

Alright, so the break-up of my budget this decade is something like the following:

 

War: 235b ish I think

Dusty Loan: 500b

Research: 100b

Completion of Italian national defenses (including wall) 600b

Remaining: 265bish goes to Aid mission to uhhh... Rocco? Or Retech. So that gives me +.3 Infra or so.

The war went rather well for me (I blockaded Saudi-Arabia as a warning) and that was about it. Anyways I am willing to sell (or possibly trade [or a combination of the two]) tech/money/aid on a wonder for my current research in space travel (or a part of it to cut down research time)

So what wonders are built or in progress? Green revolution is almost complete, it just needs more funding (for me), Bullet trains are 99.999999% complete, and Matter gate (still needs funding) is 7/95 complete.
