I get 500b IAG from the coalition though, so his would go down by a bit (if it's divided evenly then it's 100b).

Likely because Arch lost the old map and forgot where the borders went. That's my guess.

The War Collage has been ok'ed by me though.

 

The Peacekeeper seems like a waste...10 years of Missile Defence research and you could reduce the chances of nukes actually reaching you by 30%....30 years and it would be down to 10%....100 billion to drop 10 bombs, and a highly unlikely chances of nuking cities.

Black is Russians I believe, or some slavic country (Poland used black uniforms for a while I think - then again Poland made its hussars wear wings for a while so idk)

Only problem is that green/black are harder to find, since most of the pictures from the napoleonic era have to do with...napoleon. Lol. Though I suppose I could just darken the pictures to made the dark blue look black hahaha
