Nah the Spaniards loved their gold too much. They wore yellow.

The King's German Legion's success in breaking a square at Garcia Hernandez came about when a dead horse crashed into the side of a square opening a hole in the bayonet hedge through which other riders were able to plunge through.

Lmao. Some of this stuff is hilarious. Like the 'Steal each others hats and then facepalm painting'

Ok I'll stop now.

Nuotori Motors has released a new line of hydrogen powered cars to the Italian people. It is designed to help counter the rising prices and falling supplies of gasoline. Resupply stations are built all over the empire, and the massive Nano-Solar plant (producing almost enough electricity for Italy on it's own) is now dedicated to converting water to hydrogen. The cars have proven a wild success, being able to travel for much cheaper prices than gasoline, and the prices will only continue to drop as our capabilities to produce energy increase. Prototypes of military vehicles and the like with similar energy systems are in the works.

The cars are scheduled to be for sale internationally within the next several years.

Following suit of the Italians Peugeot is offering a line of cars and other vehicles propelled by hydrogen fuel cell technology. It is stated that they are just as if not more safe than gasoline. Throughout the French district nuclear power plants are used to cover the demand for coal power (Which is cut aside from strategic reserves). Project Retrofit V2 is started as well.

Just for the record, I have level 5 hydrogen fuel cell research, so I think you need to research it some first. I'll start selling the cars soon though.

Do these cars actually have any effect other than flavour?

I do not believe so.

They are an example of how new technology can be stealthy put into the game....Hydrogen weighs less than Gasoline, and is less damaging on the engine....thus...common sense indicates that Dooms tanks and such will be lighter and faster, if not a hell of alot more explosive(not in a good way)

Well I knew you wouldn't agree. I know how you hate facing facts.

Following the war king Snubbe is dethroned and has to flee to another country, it is commonly believed that he fled to some territory formerly owned by South Africa that now belongs to Argentina.

South Africa transforms into a democratic federal republic consisting of Northwestern Africa, Southern Africa and Fiji. The country also changes its name to The Republic of Africa, RA for short. The RA also waives all its claims to the Middle American territory. The newly elected presidents name is Mzilikazi Bismarck.

The RA tries to be as isolationistic as possible, but wants to have friendly relations to other countries, especially its neighboring countries.

RA begins to work on missile defense similar to Madagascar and building defenses similar to Italy.

Well, the tanks would only be explosive once the armor was completely pierced enough to hit the fuel cell, for example. And the armor is, in theory, strong enough that it would prevent basically all of that, and if it were to be pierced like that it would be defeated anyway.

True. I guess the tanks will be designed so that if the tank is punctured, the cell will open instantly to help prevent an explosion, and the cells would be split into different sections so that if one part is punctured, not all the gas would be released. Also, if a tank is defeated it wouldnt always have the fuel cell be destroyed, so the chances of explosion would be maybe 1/3 or much less, depending on the size of the cell.

Well venting Gas would probably make the explosion more likely(The Hydrogen Gas would be more dispersed, so heat inside a wider area would ignite.)

Also, I assume the gas is held under pressure, so venting it rapidly wouldn't be a very safe option anyway.

I would probably say that the tanks are best used on their own, or as part of combined arms activities....Panzer Divisions with them are liable to chain explode

Woo for money that 100 billion is used to pay for defenses.

200 billion goes to the space program

I guess 100 billion goes to Dusty

How much did the war cost me

I'm guessing this lives me with around 500 billion, thats like 40% of my budget, it all goes to infrastructure increasing it by 0.8 :)

It's a REALLY big shaft.

I didn't catch fire, I used the can of hairspray as a flamethrower and pointed it at my arm.

how are you going to ignore my posts when I'm offering to let you live as my vassal in two weeks time?

Actually 500 billion is close to half my budget, as Dusty's was higher than mine, I think.

Merchant square.

Lol, nuclear revolution = worse wonder

If the city gets invaded it explodes, and I suspect that the effect goes with it, which is what again?
