Also India contacts the Maldives islands, which are just off the coast of India, and are in the Indian ocean.

Nah. I still use the Union Jack (for Britannia). Although, my political system is complex, and I haven't really decided what I should do for a flag that represents the entire Commonwealth. I thought about using the Union Jack for everything since it is basically just a Second British Empire, although a little less formal.

 

For right now, the Greater Commonwealth of Britannia does not have a special flag, but the Nordic branch of the Greater Commonwealth does. It uses the original English flag with the white dragon against a red background.

I like the new map more IMO. Although you should have Victoria as a city and not Whistler.

 

Kazakhia has completed it's alternate energy program. The new High-Altitude wind turbines are being build in Kyrgyzstan as i write. The floating solar panel idea was scrapped, in favor of offering each Kazakhian household a solar panel at the low low price of $250. The human waste - bio-fuel project was a success, and the first plant is being built next year outside of Astana.

My opinion is that NPC countries should do what a sane person would do. That is open to interpretation.

I would rather not...either we have to bring in another person, kick someone off and then get them to play all the white countries...or I have to do it, which the last Hegemony showed was a bad idea...

Ok how about this idea, all NPC countries will only react if you do something outstanding like expand quickly, they will show hostility to you and in the end invade you if the problem is ongoing.

 

So NPC's only react if someone does something drastic and not at any other time.

Oh, forgot to mention, the high altitude wind turbines are for sale, pm me an offer, they are ~300k each. They generate about 2.5 times the energy of a standard turbine, but can only be placed in hilly/mountainous regions.
