I think none of the attack should be unprevoked, and we should be warned of tensions between the nations before it actually happens, years prior.

In addition to the poll I also think NPCs should form military alliances if they have reason to feel threatened.

Yeah, I basically think that NPC countries should act as a relatively sane human player. Saaay....Uuuhm... Okay, I can't actually think of any player to base this off of, but you get what I mean.
