ak47ninja
Hi I'm not sure if I should use reg or super or no compost for fruit tree/regular tree patches. I let the farmer take care of them so I'm not sure if it's worth using compost. Is it?
miracleman58
Use super compost they will grow faster that way and you get ~30xp for using it anyway  1593th to 99 Farming - July 08.
jamesrules90
Always you super as its not worth it if the tree dies and it grows faster and you get xp. If you click on them they hatch or grow up faster and look awesomer!!!87.5% of all statistics are made up on the spot. If you're one of the 42% of statistics that doesn't, copy and paste this into your sig. In addition, 126.324% of the previous statement does not make sense. ak47ninja
So instead of 14.6 hours as the Farming Guide says how fast is the growth speed with super compost applied?
Bladewing
14.6 is that speed. But your tree dies less frequently if you use supercompost. If you pay the farmer, it has a chance to take longer than 14.6, but it won't die at least. How to Chin Nechyraels for fast XP and profit
Tempest_Mike
Actually those times are just approximate times, I've had fruit trees take over 21 hours. -.-Plus for herbs and such supercompost also increases harvest sizes (supposedly).
L0rdAki
It decreases the chance of a crop dying per growth cycle, increases the minimum harvest, and increases the general yield. No reason to not use supercompost on any herbs/flowers, really. Drops: Black Mask.Clue rewards: Sara Plate, 2 Robins, Some other random stuff. This OP : on fruit trees/trees it will decrease the chance of getting disease, whilst also decreasing the growing time, so definately worth using. L0rdAki
Unfounded claim, but when planting my papayas I only supercomposted one...it always consistently produces more fruit earlier. Skeptical
ALWAYS use supercompost. No exceptions. "Those who give up their liberty for more security neither deserve liberty nor security."
