April 25, 201016 yr Ok, so I've had an offer in the Grand Exchange for Dragon Platelegs (max price) for the past five hours and I haven't managed to buy any, and I havne't tried to buy or sell them for at least a week. I did see another thread about something like this the other day (a guy couldn't buy a sara godsword for several hours, even though he hadn't bought or sold one in days). The only reason I can think of, is that Merch clans are merching Dragon legs, stopping anyone from getting them.
