"The home teleport can be a easy way to back track and find missing rooms, stock up at the Smuggler, get ready for the boss, and reunite with group members of you get lost."

I'm not for sure if you've discussed the home teleport at all, but this would be helpful to add. Feel free to change it of you like.

You probably should add a note that it has infinite uses, so you don't have to wait 30 minutes for it to recharge. Some people might not use it because they would think you can't do it all the time.

If it already is there, pardon me. Didn't check, I swear! :P

Federalais2,

This information does indeed already appear in the Dungeoneering guide :)

Teleporting your way through Daemonheim is vital for both dangerous and non-dangerous situations. When your inventory is nearly full or you're low on health, use the free home teleport under your magic spell book tab to be teleported back to the smuggler as often as you wish. You can also create a gatestone teleport in a room of your choosing (Note: A gatestone crumbles to dust after one use). A gatestone is the ONLY way to exit a boss fight, so it's CRITICAL to set one up before you enter. See Dungeoneering Skills - Magic for more information.

Thanks so much for your input though! It's better to be safe than to be sorry :P

If either of you need anything else, don't hesitate to PM me or another crewbie.

Locking,

Thanks,

After talking to Serp in game, he asked me to rather post here, so I will!

After noticing this reply, in particular that exact part of it, I remembered a JMod's post, quite sure it was the guy who was the main developer for it.

He posted something about how other JMods kept teleporting out of the Ice Fiend's special attack (where he is unhittable and throws heat-seeking ice missiles at you) so he made it impossible to teleport out of there.

I've not tested this myself, but I thought this is something worth bringing attention to! I wouldn't be surprised if this was done on some other bosses as well.

If clarified, approved and worth credited, read my sig! <3

So you're saying you can no longer teleport out with a gatestone? Or just while in that attack?

Again, I've never tried teleporting out of the boss, but what the Mod's post suggests is that you can't teleport out of the monster at all.

Oh, and mind you, it was only said about the icefiend, not others, but for clarity's sake it'd be nice to know about others too.

I can now confirm a player cannot gatestone teleport out during the special attack.
