You need 675k arrow tips and 675k arrow shafts. When you did 150 x 675,000 that gave you the experience of doing 15 arrow tips 675k times. About 10 mil arrows made. Summary: You need to buy 675k tips and shafts.

June 6, 201016 yr you need to make 764,239 addy arrows for 99 fletch if you cant buy them (i would still keep a offer in for some) you could always make them but you would need to smith 50,950 bars but it would net you 3.2m smith xp leaving you at 89 smith its what i plan to do when i get 99 fletch but it may be to slow for your likeing
