About Me and Runescape.

 

Im 20 years old from England. Ive been playing Runescape for just over 7 years now I think, this is my second account, my first one turning into an account I didnt like because of his name Miracleman58 so I decided to make a new pure for pking called F4t4l---B l0w I slowly worked on this account and got my first 99 not soon after, cooking! This was when I realised I was not cut out for Pking I just like training normal skills instead so I decided to turn my second account into a main, I havent looked back since. :wink:

Ten Eighteen 99s later and im still going strong if not stronger than I have before, im really liking how Runescapes looking at the moment.

My favourite 99 was definitely 99 Farming which I got in 2007, I really loved that skill and I still try to do some herb runs if I remember or can be bothered :P

In regards to me I am studying Mathematics at the university of Aston and am enjoying that , Finishing my second year off soon and hoping to return for my final year if all go well!

 

THE Goals.

 

Completed.

99 Slayer Should be fun.

99 Summoning Will be pretty close after 99 slayer maybe even 99 before slayer depending on how much I Corp.

99 Herbore This will probably come last in my long term goals just farming herbs for it for now and making extremes I need for slayer.

99 Pray Loot from slay or anything is spent on bones Current count 24000 Dragon Bones.

99 Dungeneering

99 Range Chinning, shouldnt take too long just of I feel like forking out the cash.

99 WC 600k from 98, just slowly get there now I have no exams when I wanna play some COD.

99 Smithing. All Addy Plates.

 

Still to go.

89/99 Mining - AFK at lrc mining gold.

83/99 Thief Bit o plundering and Master Farmers when I can.

88/99 Hunt - Hunting Draconics the whole way for this one.

99 RC/Agil - LULWUT. <_<

What im up to this week.

 

Weeks 1-3.

 

[hide] I have started Farming Toadflax again to help with herblore - I can gain anywhere between 150 - 220k Herblore XP per week from toadflax herbs farmed for only -1k per herb.

 

This should aid me alot on my herblore 99 goal.

 

Effergies are coming along nicely aswell through slayer, approximatley one every 3 tasks at the moment which is a bonus 13k Herb xp per task - FOR FREE :blink:

 

Slayer tasks are coming thick and fast trying to get through 3+ a day depending on what they are. And i would like to add that kuradel has never assigned me nechs - is this a bug or a glitch or something? i dont like it because i enjoy killing nechs for crims, loot and decent exp :mellow:

 

And finnaly on the thieving part i am still plodding along through it doing the odd plunder when i can be bothered or do a bunyip at master farmers they are alot more fun with an ardy cloak and the increased loot ability - i have gained around 2.6m profit in herb seeds and allotment seeds, Very nice in my opinion. :thumbup:

 

Need to do my penguins this week aswell to get 60 Rc + all skills 60 but really cant be bothered! Did some tears also earlier and only gained 50, lol... Embarassing and dissapointing <_<

Weeks 3-5.

[hide] I have been continuing with all of my goals, Which i have been enjoying very much so :shades: These goals are mainly slayer and Woodcutting.

 

After many months of being 90 WC I have finnaly reached level 99! It really wasnt an easy 99 for me, in fact one of the toughest I think and i am happy i wont have to get it to 99 ever again. Ivys just wernt fun even thou most of my exp came from AFKing while I revise, but then I ran out of exams and had to grind out the last 2m XP, This was the worst bit doing about 400k XP a day with nothing to show for it apart from XP. I dont like ivys but it is done now! and thank God.

 

I have finnaly also reached the halfway mark in Slayer which I am very proud of, Still 6.5m EXP to go unitl I hit 99 which im sure will take me even longer than it has took me to 92 :thumbup: I like to mix things up lol. My loot from 91-92 was so poor, only one D bow and no D boots - I didnt have anAbby task until 30k from 92 which suprised me but I got no loot anyway! This level hasnt helped me in earning enough for 95 Prayer but the FRost Dragon update has hopefully! Oh and Kuradel finnaly gave me a Nech task ( 3 rune boots) <_< and also i now have 15 effigys of which 8 are gorged that i can open, Saving them up! The others i have openened and used onHerblore - 140k till 93!.

 

I also Just Reached 200m Total XP which was quite an achivement, i never ever thought i would get a 99, let alone 11 99's and 200m Overall EXP, Maybe i am actually starting to get good at this game - About time :ohnoes:

 

Also after 6 months I have finnaly parted with my Red H'ween Mask which earnt me a ncie 87m - I payed 64m and sold for 151m on the GE. I think this was perfect timeing because i then decided to spend 60m on items for boss hunting and slayer while they were so insanely low, I've already been told AGS is selling for max now so hopefully i'll make a little money off these purchases.

 

And finnaly I have joined a monster hunting clan led my Zot mutske called Legends of Fortune, They run daily monster hunting trips and are really nice people, its 130+, 70 agil, 79 summon Requirments and if you are interested in joining just join the cc "Zot Mutske" and wait till he is online.

Weeks 5-12.

[hide]Sorry its been such a long while since a worded update guys! Ive been up to quite alot in the last couple of months or so .

 

First of all I got my 12th 99, One I havent wanted for a long time! 99 range! Finally one of the most useful combat 99s. A very easy 99 which cost around 20m from 94-99 which I was willing to pay of course :D

 

After my 12th 99 I just slayed and slayer for a while managing to get around 93 and a half with only one Ice Strykeworm task without a SOL which is a shame but hey, my monster drop luck sucks on RS pretty bad which I kind of of expect now.

 

Apart from slaying I finally reached my goal of achieving chaotic weaponry which took a long long time but was kind of fun. Some teams were really bad and others were really good and with the addition of Occult floors it really did speed things up. Waiting on a Ice stryeworm task now until I get the arcane steam, Need some motivation and hitting 1000s should be enough :D got 83 dung also. I am going to try and get 85 soon and camp frosties for money!

 

In terms of skills over the past few weeks Ive gotten 80 smithing and almost 79 thieving which isnt really a lot but its something!

 

Lets talk Double EXP weekend now. It was very productive for me gaining almost 7m xp in 18 hours. I gained most of it in construction and summoning, 78-87 Construction and 88-92 Summoning. Which I thought was time well spent in my opinion which is cool. I still have 20000 oak planks and 4000 teak planks banked which I am going to need around 60 SC hammers for and net around 3m xp and getting close to 93 Construction :o time to camp SC by the looks of it :shades:

 

Finally I spent 140m on 95 prayer which is now a Clan requirement(will be implemented in 2011) this gave me some incentive to train it I suppose and it will be pretty awesome once I have it :angry: apart from building my meteorite hit banked back up.

 

So my goals for now are as follows:

Get 92 prayer.

Complete elite diaries I can.

Complete WGS and Blood runs deep.

Get 95 prayer.

While I doing all that ill probably get 93 summon and 94 slayer :thumbup: [/hide]

 

Weeks 12-17.

So my goals for now are as follows: - From 4 weeks ago - All completed.

Get 92 prayer.

Complete elite diaries I can.

Complete WGS and Blood runs deep.

Get 95 prayer.

While I doing all that ill probably get 93 summon and 94 slayer

 

So I completed all of my goals since my last Update - Which are becoming monthly even thou i would have prefered weekly haha! - I get sidetracked way to much and it takes a good 15 Mins to think about and right this. :thumbup:

 

Apart from cmpleting all of the goals above i have been DUNGEERING ALOT which actually isnt that bad, Im approaching 93 now and hope to get 99 before christmas depending on when the new floors are released and how uni goes - I also would like to make enough cash for 99 pray by Christamas. So i suppose thoose are my two main goals at the minute!

 

I havent really done anything else apart from dungeons, I got my self 77 Mining and started to mine Conc. Coal whilst I do some Uni work which is quite easy and i should be able to get a real decent Mining level sooner rather than later. :smile:

Yesterday was pretty fun, girlfriend was out all day so i managed to do alot of playing.

 

Starter off with a chinning trip for a couple of hours interupted by the ancient effergies update, I am now only 50k from 94 range!

the rest of the day i just spent slaying.

Spirit Mages, Abby Demons, Waterfiends and more Abby demons - Sadly only 3 D boots to show for it but also a hefty 100k Slayer XP.

 

So yesterday I managed 1.2m Exp altogether and gained no Levels, How sad :mellow:

Yesterday I was busy all day but managed to get 80k thieving XP just from master farmers! Got to level 70 thieving, only 4 skills left for all 70!

Yesterday again I was really busy and only managed to do some 70k thieving XP again, 35k from level 72 :thumbup: All on master farmers again.

Today I hope to get a couple hundred K thief xp from Plundering :rolleyes:

Today i was busy all Day but managed to gain around 100k thief xp from plundering and some master farmers.

Managed to get to level 73 which is more than i thought id eve get after i got 53 for DT.

Gettin better at Pyramid Plunder aswell which should speed things up when i can be bothered to get there.

Nice achievement so far on all the 99, i bet you won't have too much trouble getting those other goals.

 

I'm gonna max out my melee very soon too, i think leveling goes way too fast nowadays, atleast on some skills combat mostly.

Yeah i definatley some skills are stupidly fast to level nowadays, Suck as WCing and mining,,, Ivychopping level? Concentratedgold level? Personnally i dont care if they are easier, easier 99's for me, and if i had 99 before it was easy i get some bragging points :thumbup:
