There's tons of strategies these days.

 

I recommend to look at the AOW for more updated strategy guides, depending on your preference (ancients, slayer dart/fire wave, salamanders). Pick your pick.

Are summons allowed into the crypts? If so I would think it's pretty easy to do a plethora of runs relatively easily with a Uni or to a lesser extent something else with your summoning level.

No summoning in Barrows, unfortunately.

Ancients+sally, using Guthans to heal.The whole setup should be ~10-12m worth (at max).

I prefer to melee them in void. Soul split is all I need to heal.

The Tip.it Crew updated their barrow guide not so long ago, you might find something interesting there.

Dude with your stats you can literally just crush anything in barrows without any problems using just melee.

I'm 99 attack/str/def/hp and I've found that even with a godsword, magic is faster. Of course, void helps a little. But it's still worse speed than magic and in void you get hit a little too much for my liking/use too much prayer.

 

Using the ancients+salamander method (can even throw in guthans), which is outlined in the tip.it guide, I do runs quickly, cheaply, and safely. It's the best option out there, unless you happen to own a cls.
