December 2, 200520 yr How... Smart. Frankly I was going to suggest homosexual marriages. LOL I was think more of the lines like more realism, say when a arrows misses its target the arros sticks into a wall, and maybe cuts and brusises that heal eventulaly, although all this is a long way away, it would be good, but very big file. yea and have battle scars
December 2, 200520 yr Ability to pickpocket other players in wilderness determines if your succesfull based on your thieving lvl compared to enemys thieving lvl then if you are successfull you get 1 item from oponents inventory. this would be so cool this is a bad idea because they can hit higher than a npc and could kill you plus they would see you on the screen and A run away B attack you C this is a bad idea
December 2, 200520 yr If RS3 ever came out I would like to see Jagex contract with a game developer to create a better interface and graphics. Obviously the game would cost money to purchase and monthly subscrition would go up. However, the improved interface and graphics would allow for so much more expansion. Also, I would like to see the demand for player skill increase, particularly in combat. @ the person above me.. the katana is a relatively slow weapon but at least it's faster than the current weapons like long swords or axes or 2h's. maybe not whip but i dunno use your imagination! dragon longs don't exist in RL and it's not even realistic with it's specials so why does a katana have to be based on exactly the real ones in RL? Sup noobs.
December 2, 200520 yr I would just be happy with better graphics, more areas to explore, more weapons, and more skills.
December 3, 200520 yr It is like a song we here, because we here But its like this we want more, because we have more Get the message, just relax and wait for something to happen. Oh and there is one thing I would like in rs3: A sign, a sign saying 'Rs 4 is coming out in X days, and rs 5 will come out X days after that'     http://www.uzzisoft..../archimage.jpegWell I knew you wouldn't agree. I know how you hate facing facts.
December 3, 200520 yr Nothing. I was happy with RSC, they updated it to RS2. I'm still happy with RSC, but i'm unable to play it. So i play RS2, and if i think logical, i won't like RS3 more. So nothing, ~Gamerr
December 3, 200520 yr Hmmm, I don't think this is coming out anytime soon, but a nice idea would be that the game takes place in virtual reality. Players interact with the game through a bunch of censors attached to your body, and a large pair of virtual reality goggles that actually makes you feel like you're there. Then when you train like fight, fish and mine, you have to perform the actions in real life with the appropriate body parts - such as swinging your arms over your head to mine, casting an invisible fishing line to fish, etc... This will help people to become fitter whilst having a good time playing a game and having fun with friends. Technology is at least a decade from this sort of environment being affordable to the average household, but it would sure be a great way to cure obesity and overweightness in gamers. ~Ian swinging ur arms for 5 hrs is pretty fun huh
December 3, 200520 yr a stealth skill, example: blending in with walls at lvl 47, or changing into monster at lvl 68 that would be great also player run stores and general shops. people in runescape could make their own shops, and merchandise, and sell it for reasonable prices. that would make runescape better

December 6, 200520 yr while playing Runescape in virtual reality would be a really cool thing to do, the equipment is currently way too expensive for any normal (or ever moderately rich) person to buy and regularly maintain to play.
December 6, 200520 yr on rs3 i would like to see a more range of pets besides just cats maybye you could tame animals to become your pets?
December 6, 200520 yr i think a couple of new skills like sword sharpening or something like trading where you can make them buy it more than theyl sell it
December 10, 200520 yr Better graphics. Randomly generated scenarios for you and your friends to embark on. Clan list. Carpentry. Summoning. Group healing and group stat boosting spells. More one handed throwing weapons. More powerful armor and weaponry, requires 70 to 80 stats to wield. Stronger monsters. Wilderness expansion, bring the wilderness up past lvl 56. Continuation of the plague city series. New dungeons New people, including the moon clan and the dragonkin. I don't suppose that's too much to ask :D
December 10, 200520 yr pretty much runescape gameplay fused with world of warcraft looks/enviroments. make it a buyable game, that you go to the store to buy a physical copy of. not that i want it to be bought, but that if its a game we buy its gonna be better than a game on some website. i have no problem with rs2 though. the clan thing would be pretty cool. and the "stat" interface should be changed into something besides a little picture with a fraction next to it. maybe a picture, with a number next to it, a bar to show how much experience you have, and need to get to next level, and if your stats are down a little "-4" next to them. and hp could be a bar below the map view circle thing. rather than having to click the stats bar in order to see exactly how much health you've got. that isnt THAT important, but id like it better. Oh and more to firestarting skill. When i first started i thought it was the dumbest skill and made the game particularly unrealistic. You couldnt light different types of wood. and advancing levels in this only made it so you can burn different types of wood. Now they have lanterns, mining helmets, etc. but STILL.
December 10, 200520 yr More in-depth character customization Personalized inventory: I want to be able to decide what hand my sword or bow goes in. I would also like the ability to wield two shields or swords. Harder levelling system Pets similar to Guild Wars, this is demonstrated in the "Tale of Two Cats" quest Ability to change the appearance of armor, or to affix a coat of arms. More unique weapons, and maybe weapons modifiers. Better ranging costumes. Sacrifice armor for more ranging bonuses? I would much rather be wearing leather ranging outfits than ugly dragonhide, and not just a vest. Like jackets and stuff. Real cloaks. Not rip-off capes, but cloaks that fully come around and clasp in the front, over your shoulders. Unique armors lookwise. Just a few things. My heart is broken by the terrible loss I have sustained in my old friends and companions and my poor soldiers. Believe me, nothing except a battle lost can be half so melancholy as a battle won. -Sir Arthur Wellesley
December 10, 200520 yr Incorperate some of the ideas from Fable into the game. That would sweet 8) oh yeah i was thinking about that too. fable is a great concept the game was just rather short i thought. battle scars, growing evil/angelic(or in runescape... sara, zammy, or guthix-y), Tattoos would be pretty cool. More view options than just tilt down wards and rotate. I dunno.
December 11, 200520 yr Ability to pickpocket other players in wilderness determines if your succesfull based on your thieving lvl compared to enemys thieving lvl then if you are successfull you get 1 item from oponents inventory. this would be so cool RSN: Thievedj0owh1p Combat: 3 Thieving: 99 See the problem? Imagine having a level 3 thieving your dragon chain or abby whip right from your inventory.

December 11, 200520 yr well considering a Jagex mod has posted on the RS forums that there will never be an RS3 this is kind of a pointless thread
December 11, 200520 yr I agree with the person that said that there should be a harder leveling system; the problem with the leveling system of right now is this: a ton of people arre level 99 in over 8 skills; I like the game better when there was actually such a thing as someone being just a smith or just a woodcutter; it added a bit of a class system in its own little way. Another thing that I would like to see is a bit more radical empowerment of some classes and less empowerment of other classes; It would be really nice (and more phantasy style) if warriors were fairly easy to train, but did not hit a ton, archers were a bit harder to train then they are now, but hit a moderate amount, and mages were extremely hard to train (hard enough that you would not want to become one unless you were a very, very dedicated Runescape player), but they hit way more than other classes and perhaps could hit more than one person at once, etc.

December 11, 200520 yr i say go stand alone... adds for much more powerfull gameplay ( graphics and everythign else)
