I used veracs and the monsters spawned on the north side of italy boot, so i had to safespot frm the other end l: then the 90's came and when i tried to lure, the 360's came too and i tried to hit one, so i guess i'll just long range next time i'll give it a go later :P should i change my inventory at all, 8 brews, 2 rocktails, 8 super restores, 3 range pots,rest pray pots?

Maybe like 5 brews and ee. You really should be right with guthans, especially. Rest restores and a few melée pots/range pots.

Uhh is it fine if i dont use ee, x: dont have all necessary req yet, also, guthans is super prayer user x-x any changes to eq?

Monsters can't spawn north of Italy... they spawn north-west, middle, or any of the three souths. Maybe you turned your camera 180 degrees.

 

Equipped items: Verac helm & skirt, arma plate, fury, ranger boots, barrows gloves, archer/onyx ring (i), sw cape, crystal bow and 200 diamond (e) OR karil's bow and 3k bolt racks OR rune crossbow with 3k broads + bss. Downgrade as you see fit.

 

Inventory: 200 diamond (e) if not equipped, rune crossbow if not equipped, ee if possible (not really needed with overload, but w/e), 4 overloads, 16 super prayer potions, 5 brews. Downgrade overloads to 3 (extreme) range potions, more rocktails, less prayer.

Ok im near jad and i used my log out, should i let the healers attack me or should i kill them (do they respawn fast), 4 brews, 6 super restores left

If you kill them and they have not healed Jad to full health, they won't respawn. So you should.
