Should I get 95 prayer?

Hey. So, I can afford 95 prayer right now. I was wondering if now is a good time to get it, or if there is something else I should spend my money on? From my current level, it will cost about 150m (at market price) to get this level. I am looking for opinions here. Stats are in sig.

It's extremely useful to be able to Turm/Soul Split when training combat, so I'd get it.

99 is not required for turmoil, and is a little over 4m more exp, which takes a pretty large chunk of cash for 4 levels and a pretty cape.

 

I'd say go for 95, turmoil is absolutely amazing.

YES! If you have the money then it is a great investment. If you do decide to get it, i can promise you wont be disappointed.

Any prayer level raise is good, so I would say go to 95 :D

Great, thanks :) Looks like I will be kissing 150m good bye xD Hope its worth it. The 200m i spent on herblore didn't have the effect I expected, but then again, I dont do a whole lot of combat. Maybe turmoil will fix that.

Turmoil is overrated. Get 95 if you can afford to waste the money and can get your herblore high enough for extremes/overloads (assuming you don't lready have the required level).

Yeah, already achieved 96 herb, and have 2.2k overloads banked atm, so I think herblore is out of the question. Other than achieving some capes, I dont see what else I could spend the money on. Furthermore, having turmoil and overloads should allow me to boss hunt properly, right? With that, I will be able to make even more money, methinks. I pretty much have everything you would ever need in a bank, apart from spirit shields, or any (overpriced) armour. I do not have bandos anymore, but I personally think that prayer outranks overrated and overpriced armour like this. Take a look at this bank pic. I think you should wait a little more till frost dragon bones reach their stable price. they are just as efficient as dragon bones and they are crashing. soon they'll be more efficient if they continue to crash as bad. if you don't care about efficiency then why not dragon bones price won't change.

If you're going to spend money on something, 95 prayer is one of the best things to spend money on. So...seems logical enough to me.

Dragon bones are 22.01 gp/xp at the moment. I believe Frost Dragon bones are around 27 gp/xp. Frost are 2.5x faster experience/hr than dragon bones, but at an increased cost for already fast training,the time saved isn't too enormous. With the current price of dragon bones, I personally consider it a great time to train your prayer. In my opinion turmoil & ss are more useful than overloads. I personally paid 24._gp/xp for 52-99 prayer a short while ago, so maybe that's why I feel like the current price is a steal. :lol:
