My current Equipment: Abyssal whip, Rune defender, Amulet of glory, Torag's helm, body and legs, Dragon boots, Mithril gloves, Obsidian cape, Warrior ring

 

I have 26 mil in coins, 8 mil in items, and as an emergency backup, but I'd rather not use it, I have 1.3 mil in miscelania.

 

What armour/weapons would you suggest I use?

Depends on where you're planning on using it...

For slayer invest in a FSH.

For general combat where you don't need as much defence get a neitz helm.

Consider upgrading the glory to a fury.

 

That's just the basics but unless you tell us where you're planning on using the equipment we can't really help that much.

the only bad thing aobut them is you gotta charge them, but you should do more of rfd to get rune gloves or better. and i think eveything else is covered

Get Verac's skirt. +4 prayer is very useful when slaying. A Soul Wars cape is also no doubt worth the trouble.
