soul split flashing its prett important for this, but not only can you soul split but u can turmoil also so yes, you can

 

and iron titan for me gest about 48k def/h rate down there, maning he adds aroud 95 kills per hour more speed, which in 40 mins is 60+ more kills than the ancient cavern, this i about 50 more crim drosp so up to 150 more crim

 

if u dont wanna waste ur 40 min timer i reccomend as soon as u activate it use a cb brace tele to monastary and go ct

 

i bring a yak with about 10 food in it when i run there, then int he room i dismiss it and summon titan, that way i can use the food from it for 5 minutes whiel theyre still agressive

Yes with your stats you could do it.

Just go in and flash Soul Split while doing Deflects for the first few aggressive minutes. After that Turmoil away.
