Hey guy! Most of you probably don't remember me, I was pretty active on these forums until about 3+ years ago when RS started mattering less and less. However, I am back, looking for some amusement and way to spend my time while not doing College homework or at drill for the Army. So, a few questions for someone that has been out of the loop for a while, if you don't mind!

 

1: Whats up with the massive HP differences? Just the first thing that really jumped out.

 

2: So, clans... What is the point of them now, because they appear to be a pretty big deal. Back in tha day, it was just for PK'ing(oh, the loss of the wildy, how I miss it...)

 

3: Just to show how old I am, what are abby whips running for now days? I remember them at 2.4 mill...

 

4: Dungeons? As a skill? Confused face?

1. HP = Constitution. Everything was x10 allowing hits like 255 and 652 to be achieved. Not a really big difference, just bigger numbers

 

2. Can't answer, not paid attention clans

 

3. They're about 3M or so now? I think Dungeoneering caused a massive influx of slayers to move to max out Dungeoning, causing Whip Supplies to drop. That's my theory anyway.

 

4. Dugeoneering is the latest skill from Jagex. It features a 'raiding' game where you raid a dungeon, killing monsters and then killing the floor boss aswell. At the end, you are awarded EXP and Tokens which can be spent on some of the most greatest weapons to date (Chaotic weapons etc.)

Inside Dungeoneering, you are completely self sufficient. You make your own money, mine your own ores, hunt your own Leather etc. Think of it like a miniature RuneScape inside of RuneScape.

3. They're about 3M or so now? I think Dungeoneering caused a massive influx of slayers to move to max out Dungeoning, causing Whip Supplies to drop. That's my theory anyway.

Months? Its been 20 days since they reached their peak, 10 days for it to recover, then it crashed again and now its going back up again.

Since after skimming this page it seems the others have been answered, I'll answer this one:

2. Basically there's clans or groups of players that do skilling or combat together, there's also clans for certain minigames such as Stealing Creation and activities like Godwars/bosshunting.

 

Personally I am in a "guild" or clan for the chatter and community. This is also a "use" in my opinion - just a fun group of players you interact with, or a place where knowledge is shared.

Haha that's me. ;) I am the LURKERRRR. Oh btw I beat you now Blasphemiee is 1.5k+ total and 98 cmb. :* \:D/

 

I'll teach you everything you need to know just reply my PM, I forget to keep up on the forums tbh I prefer the good old adding rs friends on FB haha. I still talk to Shadorik on Facebook and texting sometimes, idk if you remember him. Toast647 is still around, but other than that I don't know any of the old crew that's still around.
