Hello,

I'm surprised I didn't find it, but anyways:

one of my rights as a consumer of a service is good customer support. - The basics to that is that I should be able to get into personal contact with someone from the support.

I have a problem, which keeps getting ignored when sending through the normal methods of support, and thus I need to get some way of personal contact with jagex. - How can I do this?

First they came to fishing

and I didn't speak out because I wasn't fishing

Then they came to the yews

and I didn't speak out because I didn't cut yews

Then they came for the ores

and I didn't speak out because I didn't collect ores

Then they came for me

and there was no one left to speak out for me.

Unless they've changed it (which I don't think they have) the only way of getting any form of support is through the RSOF, except if it's a billing problem where you can send Jagex a message through the Customer Support > Billing area of the Knowledge Base.

Well it's a personal thing that the customer reply didn't give a satisfying answer to a question / ban appeal. I am unbanned already, but I feel treated like a dog (they indeed said I was right in appealing, yet the ban was over after the reply and I didn't get any refund). So I want to check up on that and contact jagex directly to file a report about the bad behaviour of their customer service.

It's not something I would like to discuss with the public, yet there's no where I can find a customer support link!

I couldn't care less about the money.. It's the fact that the customer support acted so badly that I am angry.

Jagex hasn't had a direct contact email for like 5+ years now.

They will get massive floods of email meaning it will take a long time to get your reply.

I remember being able to just message em, but it did take forever to respond, before there was 100k+ players. Now with millions I couldn't imagine.

Well if you feel that strongly about it they have an office in Cambridge.
