crystal bow trick in pvp

That really doesn't sound like a glitch to me. A person loses a bunch of money in PVP to get drop potential up, then kills and hopes to get major loot.

 

How is this unique to C bows? The only way I could see it being a glitch is if the price they pay for a crystal seed is significantly less then the value the game thinks they risk using a c bow. With the way the GE works, I can't see that happening.

 

But the fact that someone can risk/lose several mil in PVP, then go kill people and potentially gain much more isn't officially a glitch, nor unique to crystal bows.

The only thing wrong with it is the lack of a percentage for when you need to stroke it.

Your friend convieniently left out the part where you needed to kill someone to actually earn the gp (is that right, or does the money appear out of nowhere?).

Also:

pvp glitch that he has seen happen irl.

:wall:

 

no one will probably believe me but I know him irl and the abuser(not mentioning the name).

The way you worded your phrase, it sounded as if your friend has seen this literally happen in real life(outside a computer).

:wall: oh.... well I meant they my friend has been over the abuser's house and seen him do it. He also mentioned that last night he made about 30m in a half an hour from trick. Also, the clarfy you do need to kill people to make this work so it's like 76king in a way. The player that I know that does this has no problem with the killing part because he is ranked a little over 100 in bh and is a maxed pure with: 80 atk, 99 str, 47 def, 99 hp, 99 range, 99 mage, 95 pray, and a chaotic maul an chaotic rapier.

Oh i remember seeing this on the rants forums on rsof. Anyway more people who metion this, the more its going to be used.

 

sadly, as that is true it is also the only way for it to be seen by jagex

The game values the bow at 900k if I recall correctly. It costs 190k for a seed and 180k to recharge the seed.

 

You lose 370k to gain 900k death heat. Might be worth it o_O

 

e: it's 900k, not 540k

 

I've told you that ages ago. But I don't believe it's a bug, it is what the game values the bow at, and there is not much of an advantage gained by it anyways.

I really don't believe this is a bug either, although my friend begs to differ, but I believe the real problem is dp in general. I really think there should be none because why should anyone be rewarded for dying?

Dying in general is already a loss, so there isn't very much of an advantage gained by it. It isn't like 1m dp brings you 5m loot or anything silly
