Dire_Wolf
So what should i know as the leader of this Dungeoneering clan? I was thinking to set the requirement at 65 Dungeoneering. Thanks

The Observer
Keep the assumption that nobody can play until you have played with them. One of my favourite saying is "It´s better to assume someone don´t know something than assume they don´t and have a misunderstanding". But i am at the moment not a experienced leader, any tips? You need to take the initiative yourself. Assume no one will do it except you. Also, a good asset would be some form of audio (teamspeak, ventrilo...) for communication within the dungeon. This also boosts community and makes people want to stay. If it becomes larger and more difficult to manage you can set-up an IRC channel and forums. If you don't want the stress of managing extra forums then you can create one here on Tip.it. Just follow the instructions inscribed here. Remember that starting up your own clan isn't always successful. It takes a lot of determination and hard work from you to function properly. DeeKay
- Define whether you're a rushing clan or not, and if so, what floors if only some.- Define the size and complexity of floors.- If you're making a rushing clan, add a guide.- Put requirements in terms of levels and bound arsenal. What I would personally do is:- Rush floors 1-24 on a small dungeon.- Play through floors 25+ on a large dungeon regularly.- Set a total level requirement of 1,600+ to ensure players have a basic knowledge of the game*.- Create a page/topic containing important or common things everyone should be aware of - such as boss tactics, weaknesses of one monster or another, noteworthy items. * Assuming you're not after drops, the stats themselves are negligible since the dungeons are dynamically adjusted to the group's levels. stormveritas
The most effective way to run a clan is to have a small community; it is correct that any newcomers will slow you down, but be patient and see if they are willing to play as a team. Selfish players, who go off on their own or do not fight and risk death, should be banned at all costs. They are a poison to the water. In my experience, the fastest large teams use gatestones effectively and travel very quickly TOGETHER. Splitting up is generally bad for everyone. DeeKay
I need to know how to do Dungeoneering the best way, NOT how to run a clan.Mention it in the first post. What do you mean do Dungeoneering the best way? Do it fast? Clear all rooms? What was wrong with the hints people gave you so far?
xSxqPowerx
Why are you starting a clan before you even know how to do the skill? Doesn't it make sense to learn how to do it, or join another clan first? People will see that you suck at dungeoneering, and the only people who join will be low levels looking to leech their way through.

Perhaps he means the most efficient strategies for when to rush and when to large, in which case it would probably be 1-24/29 c1 small and 25/30-47 (60) 5:5 large. Oh and if you really don't know how to dung, TheAncient's dungeoneering guide in General is fantastic. Use that. I piety the fool.
Dire_Wolf
I am sorry that i was unclear on what i wanted. Anyhow yes i am not experienced Dungeoneer, but i wanted to know what was the most efficient way to do Dungeoneering. And i was intending to have a clan of around 20-30 players, mostly good friends that i can count on. And i am not a selfish person, so requirement for Dungeoneering starts at 65 and we will do Dungeoneering in team til we all get high level enough to take advantage.
