Dire_Wolf
What is the drop rate of getting a DFH through Chewed bones?
Danqazmlp
All I know is that it is very very low. Want to be my friend? Speedyshel
I don't know exact figures, but a friend of mine who used to do it quite often never got a DFH, so I'd say it's real real real small. I don't think it's something worth trying until your get one cause you might be there forever. :D - Speedyshel Website Updates and Corrections *..It is better to be hated for who you are than loved for who you're not..*
Sy_Accursed
Chewed bones are the ones mith drop right? (or is that mangled) Anyway from what I know DFH from the bones mith's drop is like twice as rare as getting the bones themselves. And its twice as rare again (roughly) on the ones not from miths Operation Gold Sparkles :: Chompy Kills :: Full Profound :: Champions :: Barbarian Notes :: Champions Tackle Box :: MA RewardsDragonkin Journals :: Ports Stories :: Elder Chronicles :: Boss Slayer :: Penance King :: Kal'gerion Titles :: Gold Statue

The "other bone" you talk about, mangled bone, is very easy to get. So if Chewed bone drop rate is 1/30, it means that getting a DFH from it is 1/60, which is not so rare. Sy_Accursed
I thought chewed bones were like 1/300 Operation Gold Sparkles :: Chompy Kills :: Full Profound :: Champions :: Barbarian Notes :: Champions Tackle Box :: MA RewardsDragonkin Journals :: Ports Stories :: Elder Chronicles :: Boss Slayer :: Penance King :: Kal'gerion Titles :: Gold Statue
Dire_Wolf
I thought chewed bones were like 1/300I don't think it's that high. Maybe 1/65? I think 1/65 is more accurate than 1/300 or my sugested 1/30.
lordkafei
Mangled bones are common drops from a variety of sources under the whirlpool. Mangled bones cannot ever lead to a DFH; only chewed bones can possibly lead to a DFH. Chewed bones are dropped by mith dragons and mith dragons only. ref: http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2item_id=6984ref: http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2monster_id=928ref: http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2monster_id=927ref: http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2monster_id=926ref: http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2monster_id=937 As to the original question, I have no answer.
