October 3, 201015 yr If you have enough cash for it, buy it, then just sell it when you don't want it/need it anymore. If not then fight for it, but then again, that could take forever, you may never actually get one at all.

Mining is extremely slow, so make sure you can handle it before you aim for 99. OT: Yes, it would be worth it for rune mining.

October 4, 201015 yr Depends how long you will be needing the pick axe. October 6, 201015 yr They are not as hard to get as people make it seem. It drops a lil less then whips just kill cannoneers and pray range.
