I'd say firemaking since you can't use rogues den or cooking guild bank or even cook anything better than swordfish.

99 Woodcutting or 99 Fishing.

I've got to say go for Firemaking. It's what I did. My first 99, and it was all done in F2P.

What did I use? I first used willows but I realized how slow it was, so then I decided to try maples and it was significantly faster, but it still required a lot of patience and dedication to the skill for a good portion of your time. Remember: You can't just AFK/semi-AFK it.

Where I did it? I did the lobby for Fist of Guthix, Edgeville and the GE. From that I felt that the GE was the best place to train it. I went to the widest part of the GE a few steps from the bank and I was able to make fires all the way down without stopping. There are probably better methods though, but that's just what I did.

Good luck on whatever skill you choose.
