So ever since the new quest came out. ive wanted the new elite stuff

so i finished quest started pcing for points.

then change to conquest since it was easier for me this took forever cuz java kept random closing and [cabbage]

i got the bottoms first cool

then after much fustration i finally go enough points for top so im like cool

go to the dude and he like heres your new top..im like i wonder what it looks like

 

 

its the [cabbage] same one given as a quest reward

 

so basically i just wated 100 pc pts and time on something i already have and now i have two of.

thanks my stupidity for not knowing its the same?

jagex for not claryfiing there the same?

I thought it was pretty clear that you received an elite top for free. Although it seems a lot of people were indeed confused as you were.

 

At least you have a spare in case you lose that one. 100 commendations isn't that difficult to get a hold of anyway.

Also, I was kinda annoyed when I got my elite void top (justicar, but whatever) since I have 2 now and got the former years ago. I think they should allow players to trade it back in for points. That's 250 commendations wasted.

They should allow us to re-sell anything for the exact same price, not just for pest control.

 

I want to sell my useless talisman staff to get my 10k gop tokens back.

I'm annoyed that I have the boring top and Guardian top. :-|
