I think Jen should be taken off the chain of command, and perhaps Earth and Drake should have a 4th tier and the ones below that should be combined. A lower tier should be reserved for probation, which can be initiated by an officer or by majority vote, and overruled by Dusty or an officer, though with the officer there can't be a majority for the continuation of probation. Stop needlessly tinkering with the ranking system. I'll be promoting a new third officer next session. Previous behavior shall be the main factor. At the moment power is just being centralised at the top and people are, understandably, frustrated by this.
