So, im looking for a change, and after remembering how much money people say can be made at DKS, i have decided to give it a try. Now, after reading brainymidget's and tip.it's guides on the subject, i am still confused. Im looking for some clarification, and a basic over-view of the levels and gear i will need (strategy will come later). My stats are in siggy, and i have 21m to work with. I would prefer to keep atleast 5m left over, but if i really need to spend more than 16m, i can make it back through MTK i guess.

 

I am trying to solo Rex here, and please dont mention yak/ovls/turm. Look at my stats and my money to see why.

If you're solo maging Rex, Brainy's is a good guide. If you are tribriding, it won't help you at all. Elite fremmy boots note your bone drops, which account for a lot of money. Yaks are great. Ovls even better, but not as necessary if I remember correctly assuming you supplement for a cannon. I'm sure someone else could give you a detailed tribriding setup, but my memory fails me right now.

You don't really have the stats to effectively do the DKs, you could solo mage rex, but you'd be easy to crash without 80+ magic.

If you really wanted to do all 3, your main focus would be to maximize your range defense, and make sure you don't have both rex and supreme on you, killing them separately.

Without a pak yak, it will lower your average profit/hr down by a large margin, since most of what makes it good money is the bones and hides.

You can't tribrid effectively without overloads, and not having a yak will just kill your profit. Better off solo maging or tding.

Oh now that you mention it, not having 80 mage means you will be crashed all day. Really not worth the effort until you get 80 mage.

You can tribrid w/o ovs, I did it with just x pots for a hundred mil or so. But I wouldn't recomend it without good gear and more importantly, being skilled @dks.

yeah, I get hour long 70 kill trips without OVLS or extremes. I wouldn't recommend it off task though.
