October 25, 201015 yr I have my house at Relleka, so I just tele to my house and run to Lokar Searunner from there. I've heard of people teleing to Miscellania (via fairy rings) and then taking the boat from there back to Relleka, then to Lunar Isle.
October 25, 201015 yr Astral tab is fastest.Another option is getting someone to teleport you, usually at the cost of the runes. Another option is making your way to the zmi altar and world hopping to the world for it, standing near the altar some one will use group teleport eventually.You can also fairy ring to Miscellania then bought to Relleka and from there to Lunar Isle.
