October 26, 201015 yr stand still. Why does a NPC have to move around? It is better to play Runescape on a laptop without mouse when NPCs cant move. What ya think of this?
October 26, 201015 yr Moving is natural. My lame drops:6 Effigys1 D Med - 1 D Dagger1 Verac's Helmet - 1 Guthan's Platebody
October 26, 201015 yr Author Moving is natural.Moving is natural for living things, and in game world: for players. For non players - NPCs, it should not be a natural thing for NPCs that are important for tasks. Such as bankers.
October 26, 201015 yr I understand your point, having played with a touchpad for months (beat Nomad with it :P). But I still think moving bankers serve to make certain placed more or less attractive, like 1-click banks. But I still think moving bankers serve to make certain placed more or less attractive, like 1-click banks. 1 clicks banks does not need to be moved. Banks and npcs like the banker at Piscatoris monk fishing place needs to be stopped out like a animal lol. He keeps moving that jerk.
October 26, 201015 yr I didn't mean that. I meant that some banks are convienient, some are not. Generally, normal 1-click banks > moving 1-click banks (don't think these exist though) > normal banks > moving banks. October 29, 201015 yr npcs move to make it so that macros and bots cant click on them Anybody can punch someone it takes guts to slap them someone once said the f2p combat triamgle was 2% mages 13% rangers and 85% melerss.I said no its 2% allies 13% anoying gnats and 85% walking dartboards with bronze daggers mod poppy said:Siciliae - posting about jumping into bathtubs with electrical equipment is not really cool. Can you edit it out of any further iterations of your spam, er, I mean message.
October 30, 201015 yr NPCs are made to imitate real people as best as Runescape can allow. That's why they move. It's annoying, but there's really no solution for it.
October 30, 201015 yr NPCs that move are just adding to the realism effect. It's not just Runescape, even games like Pokemon have moving NPCs. I agree that bankers like the Fist of Guthix banker need to stand still. I want to firemake in peace! October 31, 201015 yr Author The only good reason why they should move is to make it hard for autoers. Other than that i don't see why they should imitate real people.
