What program is used to get grids on your screen and is it legal?

I don't know what program he used to do that. I'm fairly sure that it's legal, though. He could get the same effect by putting tip-ex on his monitor, after all :mrgreen:

No one can detect it, and if noone can detect it, use it. It's not unfair, i used it from 50-70 construction, makes it so simple to take advantage of the runescape "lag"

screen markers, i believe, have been judged as legal.

 

 

they're useful in any activity where an interface pops up, that 'll you be accessing over and over, such as the bank or ge withdraw interfaces, smithing, ZMI payment, etc
